Meeting orders, Takeaway and Web Shop

This restaurant offer the possibility to order Meeting Catering, Takeaway and buy from the web shop.

If you would like to order Meeting Catering, you must first create an account and then apply for access to order. 

If you would like to order from the shop, we recommend you to first create an account – but it is not necessary You will need to create an account and log in to later view your order history or change an order yourself.

How do I create an account?

Click on “log in” in the top right corner. Then click on “Sign-Up”. Add your email and password. If you work for a company that is connected with “Single-Sign-On” you can just enter your email address and be logged in with your normal user account.  Otherwise you will need to register a new account (Coor ID) and click the link in the confirmation email to verify your new account

If you do not receive any email, check the spam filters and check with your local helpdesk/It department.

 

How do I apply for access to order Meeting Catering?

Once you are logged in, click on “Meeting Catering”. Then click on “Apply for access to order”. Once the Restaurant Manager have given you access you will receive an confirmation email. You are then able to place Meeting Catering orders. If you do not receive any email, check the spam filters.

 

I am not able to log in

If you are not able to log in, make sure that the email address and password is correct. Click on “Don’t remember your password” to reset your password. The most common error is that the wrong email or password is used. If you still experience problems, please contact support on the address below. 

 

How do I place an order subscription?

This location offer the possibility to place order subscriptions for Meeting Catering. To place an order subscription you first need to place an regular meeting order. Then click on “Meeting Orders” and select the order you want to make into a subscription by clicking on the ‘+’ on the left and the ‘Subscribe’ button and select the frequency you want. A subscription runs until you cancel it.
